Are you planning on having your wedding by the seashore?   We think your guests would love this super simple beach theme favor.  Saltwater taffy pieces packaged in a glassine bag.  Salt water taffy’s history as the candy of the beaches is a fond childhood memory to nearly everyone who’s ever spent a day at the beach!  A wedding favor of these taffies is sure to spark a nostalgic smile from your guests.  Taffy brands from James’ and Fralingers to our Trader Joe’s find will be sure to please.  Classic flavors like strawberry, vanilla and teaberry along with the delightful pastel colors will bring pleasure to the senses.   We filled our bag with six pieces of taffy, folded the bag top over and sealed it in place with a mini glue dot.  To personalize the favor we added our Sandcastle Favor Ribbon.  We tied it into a bow and attached it with a mini glue dot. This beach theme favor would look equally lovely gracing your guests’ plates for color and decoration on your reception tables or displayed in a basket on your reception’s dessert table.

An alternate presentation for the taffy is to serve it up in a seashell.  We filled this shell with a pair of taffy pieces and trimmed it with a simple bow.  We glued the bow to the shell.  This  perfect for the beach favors are small enough to decorate nearly any reception table or dinner plate, and they’ll add a touch of color for a great theme setter.
